How it works

How a skill becomes an asset

A guided path from what you already know to a structured Skill Seed that can be adapted for compatible robots.

  1. 01

    Apply.

Tell us what you can do.

  2. 02

    We select.

We evaluate distinctiveness, capture feasibility, safety, future robot fit, and expected demand. Not everyone gets in.

  3. 03

    You capture.

Complete guided sessions using the phone, tablet, or computer you already own. We walk you through the process.

  4. 04

    We build the Skill Seed.

Your video, audio, decisions, success criteria, and failure conditions become a structured record of how you work.

  5. 05

    We adapt and validate it.

When compatible robots are available, we work to make the skill playable and test whether a robot can reproduce the defined result.

  6. 06

    Validated skills enter the marketplace.

The skill is listed with creator attribution unless the creator chooses an approved alternative.

  7. 07

You share in what it earns.

You receive 50% of the net licensing revenue HumanLore receives from the skill, for the term defined in your agreement.

The capture

What a session actually looks like

You already own the equipment. A phone positioned to see your hands. A second phone, tablet, or laptop on a fixed wider view. Built-in microphones.

01

First, you just work.

Perform the skill the way you always do. We don't interrupt.

02

Second, we ask while you work.

What are you noticing? Why that movement? What would make you stop or correct it?

03

Third, we watch it back together.

You review the moments that mattered and tell us what was happening — what you felt, what you were deciding, what you almost got wrong.

That third pass is where the real knowledge comes out.

Most of what you know, you don't know you know until you watch yourself do it.

The finished Skill Seed holds video, audio, transcripts, task structure, decision points, success criteria, failure conditions, and the gaps we still need to fill.

What would you teach?

Your skill could keep working long after the job changes.
