Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
HumanLore records how skilled people work, so that robots can learn from them. That means we handle video and audio of real people. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do.
If you are or become a creator, read this alongside our Biometric Data Policy, which covers recordings in more detail.
1. Who we are
Lemedo IT, Inc. 2216 W Walnut Hill Ln Irving,TX 75038 [email protected]
2. What we collect
When you apply. Your name, email address, location, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your answers to our questions about your skill. We ask for a phone number only after we invite you.
When we record you. Video and audio of you performing and explaining your skill, including your face, hands, body movement, and voice. Transcripts, session notes, and any materials you send us.
Automatically. IP address, browser and device information, and how you use our website.
From invite links. If you arrive through a link someone shared with you, we record which link. We never ask anyone to give us another person's contact details, and we do not contact people who have not contacted us first.
3. Recordings and biometric information
Video and audio of a person can contain facial geometry and voice characteristics, which some state laws treat as biometric information. We handle all of our recordings as though they qualify.
What we do:
- We obtain written consent before any recording begins
- We use recordings only to create, structure, and validate a Skill Asset from your demonstration
- We store them encrypted, with access limited to staff who need it
What we do not do:
- We do not run facial recognition, voice recognition, or any identification technology on our recordings
- We do not create or store biometric templates or identification signatures
- We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric information
- We do not disclose biometric information to third parties, including our licensees
The material we license contains no biometric information. Our licensees receive Skill Assets: motion and technique parameters, decision logic, task structure, and success and failure criteria. No faces. No voices. No identifying characteristics.
Full retention and destruction details are in our Biometric Data Policy.
4. Other people in recordings
If anyone else appears or is audible in a recording, we require their signed release before we process that footage. Footage containing someone who has not signed is held unprocessed until we obtain a release, remove them, or delete it.
We do not record anyone under 18 in any circumstance.
5. How we use your information
- To evaluate applications and select skills
- To produce, structure, adapt, and validate Skill Assets
- To operate our marketplace and administer licensing and payments
- To contact you about your application, your recordings, or your earnings
- To improve our capture methods and selection process

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for any purpose other than the above.

An acquirer — if HumanLore is acquired or merges, subject to this policy. Where the law requires fresh consent for biometric information, we will ask for it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information

- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights
To make a request, email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need longer.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication on accounts that can reach recordings, and access logging that we review quarterly. Recordings are never stored on personal devices or consumer file-sharing services.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
